HOW ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A BIN?

The sooner the better. Normally we appreciate it if we can have a day notice in advance but we understand it's not always possible. Therefore, you can book us whenever you need a skip bin. WHAT SIZE BIN SHOULD I ORDER?

We have a wide range of bins available for all jobs and situations. Our bins range from 2cubic meters to 14 cubic meters. WHAT DAYS AND WHERE CAN I HAVE A SKIP BIN DELIVERED?

SKIPBINEXPERTS believe in building customer relationships therefore our service is available to you seven days a week. The Bins can be placed on the driveway or on your yard without any additional fees; however, bins placed on the nature strips, road, or on any heavy foot traffic area will cost extra due to council permit fees involved.

HOW LONG CAN I HAVE A SKIP BIN FOR?

Including the day of delivery customers can keep the bin for a maximum of 3-4 days. In the event that you need the receptacle longer, an additional fee will be incurred which you can check with our friendly staff at 0404039988

WHAT IF I AM FINISHED EARLIER THAN THE ORGANISED PICK-UP TIME?

CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY IF I AM NOT FINISHED WITH MY JOB BY THE DATE OF SKIP BIN PICKUP?

We understand every job experience unfortunate hurdles and unforeseen circumstances which sometimes can delay the work commitments which are not easy to predict and control. Therefore, the once-off delay is acceptable by our company's policy, whereas we still expect our client to inform us a day in advance so as an excellent customer relationship is built. Otherwise, an additional charge is incurred unconditionally at all times.

HOW CAN I PAY TO SKIPBINEXPERTS FOR A BIN?

Payment is made on the DAY OF DELIVERY OF YOUR BIN HIRE.We provide easy modes of payments for our Clients. We accept:

WHAT WASTE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY SKIP BIN?

The following items MUST NOT be put in the Skip BIN:

NO Asbestos
NO Liquids (Oil, paint, etc)
NO Hazardous or Toxic waste.
NO Hot Ashes
NO Concrete Dust
NO car tyres
NO gas bottles

Please note, a fee will apply if any of these materials are found in one of our Skip Bins.

WHAT WASTE CAN I PUT IN A SKIP BIN?

A skip bin can be used for anything from green waste and household items to the construction and demolition waste including Concrete, Bricks, soils, and tiles and carpets. "CONDITION" These materials must be placed in the bottom of the bin and light rubbish should be placed on the top. Household plastics, furniture, glass, and white goods are always acceptable. As per EPA, (Environmental Protection Agency) Levy an additional $20 will be charged for mattress disposal.

UP TO WHAT LEVEL CAN WE FILL THE BIN?

Under any circumstances, the bins SHOULD NEVER BE FILLED above the Rim. As per VICTORIA strict transport rules, it is illegal to transport an overfilled bin and our drivers are subject to heavy fines as well as demerit points if caught doing so. SKIPBINEXPERTS are always happy to offer you an additional bin for a cheaper price if required, but if the bins are overfilled the driver is obliged to remove the excess prior to the bin collection Remember, if there is nobody on site when the collection occurs, the driver will, at his own discretion, attempt to remove the excess material and place it in a pile as close as possible to the skip’s location. In cases where the excess rubbish is not removed from the top and a skip bin remains for extended periods, you may become liable for additional charges including rental, labour costs, and additional transport costs.
